Lucy McLeod

Lucy joins the Trust Board from our sister organisation, East Kent Colleges Group, where she was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2025. With over 25 years’ experience in further and higher education, she has held a range of senior leadership roles, including College Principal, Chief Officer for Further and Higher Education and Deputy CEO. Lucy is a strategic leader with a deep commitment to student voice, personal development, and widening participation. She also chairs the Kent and Medway Care Leavers Progression Partnership, championing improved outcomes for care experienced young people.
