I am passionate about the provision of care and support, equality, inclusion and person-centred approaches for those with additional needs. In my 24 years’ experience in this sector, I have worked in a variety of settings including residential homes, single services for complex challenging behaviour, multi-occupancy supported housing projects and community outreach services.

I am driven to help others overcome personal obstacles and have a proven track record of establishing solid relationships with the people I support, co-workers and local agencies. I am adaptable, consistent, dedicated and meticulous in my approach towards supporting people.
