Lindsey Biggs serves as the Chief Employer Engagement Officer at the East Kent Colleges Group, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on employer engagement, innovation, and skills development across East Kent.

With over 22 years of experience in further education, Lindsey has held a variety of roles that reflect her deep commitment to bridging the gap between education and industry. She is passionate about helping employers navigate the education landscape, access emerging talent, and realise the broader benefits of partnering with further education providers.

Lindsey is married and lives in Mersham with her husband Ed and their twin girls. She is a keen member of a local Book Club and also loves to bake, travel and entertain.
